Terms of Use.

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the GWK site and the IEQ Exposure Report, an informational service that measures exposure to quantum-vulnerable cryptography (harvest-now, decrypt-later risk), operated by GWK Security, Campinas, SP.

2. Authorized scan use

The Exposure Report performs passive collection of public signals (TLS, DNS, HTTP headers) from the domain provided. By submitting a domain, you represent that you own it or have explicit authorization from the owner for the analysis.

It is forbidden to use the service against third-party domains without authorization, as well as to attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or usage limits of the platform.

3. Nature of the score

The IEQ score is a statistical estimate, presented with an explicit confidence interval and based on the evidence available at collection time. It supports decision prioritization, but it is not an audit, certification, security guarantee, or legal advice, and it does not replace the organization’s own assessment.

4. Pilot access

Pilot access credentials are personal and non-transferable. GWK may suspend access in cases of misuse or operational need.

5. Intellectual property

The sector technical report is published under a CC-BY license, with mandatory attribution. The GWK brand, the site, and the platform software belong to GWK. The scan results for your organization are yours; you may download and use them freely.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GWK is not responsible for decisions made based on the report or for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the service.

7. Changes, governing law, and venue
