Pilot Terms.

Effective from July 9, 2026. Supplements the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

1. What the pilot is

The pilot is evaluation access to the IEQ Exposure Report, granted by GWK to invited participants for a fixed term and with a limited number of reports (credits). Its purpose is to let the participant evaluate the service using real data from their own organization and send feedback to GWK.

2. Acceptance

Pilot access uses credentials provided by GWK. By using them to sign in, the participant declares that they have read and accept these Pilot Terms and the service's general Terms of Use, which apply to everything not covered here.

3. Credentials

Credentials are personal and non-transferable. The participant is responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity carried out with them. If unauthorized use is suspected, the participant must notify GWK immediately so they can be blocked and replaced.

4. Confidentiality

The participant undertakes to keep confidential any non-public information they access during the pilot, including credentials, unreleased functionality, commercial terms, and evaluation materials, neither disclosing them to third parties nor using them outside the pilot without GWK's written authorization.

GWK, in turn, keeps scan results and information declared by the participant confidential, using them solely to operate the pilot, provide support, and improve the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

This undertaking applies during the pilot and for the 2 (two) years following its termination. Information is not confidential where it was already public, where it becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, or where disclosure is required by law or by a competent authority.

5. Authorized use

The participant may only submit for analysis domains they own or for which they hold the owner's express authorization. The report measures exposure to cryptography breakable by a quantum computer (harvest-now-decrypt-later risk) from public network signals; even so, use against third-party domains without authorization is prohibited.

6. Nature of the service and feedback

The pilot is provided as is, with no commitment as to availability, support, or continuity, and the score is informational in nature, as set out in the Terms of Use. Feedback sent about the pilot may be used freely by GWK to improve the service, without compensation and without identifying the participant.

7. Termination

GWK may suspend or terminate pilot access at any time, in particular in the event of misuse. The participant may end their participation at any time by notifying GWK. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

8. Governing law and contact

Brazilian law applies, with the courts of the district of Campinas, SP, as the elected venue. Questions and notices: [email protected].

9. Prevailing version

These Terms are published in Portuguese and in English. The Portuguese version is the only one with legal effect; the English version is a courtesy translation. In the event of any divergence between the two, the Portuguese text prevails.
